what strength cbd oil do you need

If you're new to CBD oil, or are considering trying it for the first time, you might be wondering how much CBD to take, and which strength product to choose. After all, a wide range of options out there - our own Elite CBD oil comes in three different strengths. So what's the deal? How much do you need? And why does it matter anyway?

How Much CBD Should You Take?

CBD oil is a potent product, and the right dose depends on a range of factors including your body weight, health status and the type of relief you seek.

Basically, finding the right strength CBD oil for your needs is a matter of familiarity with your own body and the symptoms you wish to alleviate,

To get started, you need to know your own body. If you’re new to CBD and have not yet tried it, we always recommend starting with a low dose and increasing gradually. The risks of taking “too much” CBD are very low, but there’s no point in taking more than you need, so start slowly and work your way up.

If after taking a few doses of CBD oil you don’t see any results, try increasing the dosage. Remember that everyone has different needs so it’s important for you to find out what works best for your specific pain points and goals. It’s also important to continue taking any medication which has been prescribed by your doctor, and if you have any doubts about how CBD & your medication may interact, then always consult your doctor - although CBD oil is an organic product, so this risk is low.

If you don’t have the time to experiment, then there is a general equation which you can use to figure out a rough dosage amount for you. Roughly, the suggested dosage is 0.25mg CBD multiplied by your body weight in pounds on a daily basis.

For example:

160lb bodyweight x 0.25mg = 40mg of CBD per day.

The bottle of CBD you choose should tell you the strength of each serving, so from there you can work out how many servings to take.

If you feel uncomfortable with the effects of CBD oil, decrease your dosage until they subside before increasing again by small increments. If on the other hand, if you feel good or even great after taking some strength of this product then stick with that amount but periodically check in with yourself if there is any improvement needed because everyone reacts differently to these products!

Conclusion

CBD is a safe, natural and effective way to relieve pain and other symptoms, so you shouldn’t have to many worries in finding the right dosage for you.
